How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We’re currently offering FREE U.S. Shipping on orders of $200 or more through July 10, 2026.

Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes. Our hair collections are made with premium human hair selected for quality, softness, and long-lasting performance.
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Many of our human hair products can be professionally colored or bleached. We recommend having any chemical services performed by an experienced licensed stylist.
How many bundles do I need?
- 10–16”: 2–3 bundles
- 18–24”: 3 bundles
- 26–30”: 4 bundles for a fuller look
Are your lashes reusable?
Yes. With proper care, our lashes can be worn multiple times.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Because our products are considered personal-use and hygienic items, opened or used hair products, lashes, and custom products are not eligible for return. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at operations@shopbeond.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
